Livermore Lab Foundation

OVERVIEW

A large consideration in creating this brand was the relationship between the Foundation and Lawrence Livermore National Lab. The two logos needed to have a compatible visual relationship, but still have their own distinct personality. I also wanted the LLF brand to have a futuristic quality that conveys the excitement and passion of it’s staff. I also really liked the sense of a doorway that the shape of the brandmark’s L conveys and incorporated it when I was helping them craft a tagline.

The website is an important fundraising tool as well as a place for the Foundation to post news items and updates. I built in WordPress so that the client could make updates and it would communicate smoothly with their CRM software.
