OVERVIEW
Client manages a number of new buildings in the Seattle area. One of their biggest challenges is finding a distinctive personality and brand for each one. Since so much of the advertising points to the website, it was really important to continue that look and feel for the online experience. Equally important is highlighting the elements that will attract the potential buyer/tenant, so I worked to make sure that property images and floorplans were easy to navigate and that unique attributes were well represented.

This property was an early foray into developing the Central District – a neighborhood just south of the very hot Capitol Hill. Focus was on the vibrant local businesses nearby.
PREXY
The name of this property comes from stamp collecting, so I took some inspiration from that for the background texture, type treatments and border designs.
DEXTER HAYES
The client did a nice series of postcards for this, which I wanted to include in the site design, so I did an interactive hero banner to showcase them.
