A background of innovation

In 1997, OCS (originally Outcome Concept Systems, Inc.) created the first post-acute outcomes benchmarking service in the U.S. Amanda Twiss and Lance Pilichowski, who continue to lead the company, brought their previous healthcare benchmarking expertise in hospitals to the untapped home health and hospice market (see OCS HomeCare).


Today, OCS has grown from a handful of employees to a national company with multiple offices and a footprint in multiple healthcare markets. The company frequently wins local awards that focus on fast-growing businesses and there are currently more than 10,000 OCS subscription clients nationwide.


A future of growth and stability

In 2008, OCS formed Dentra, a dental intelligence company that combines insightful analysis, expert consulting, and data-centric services to guide dental practices and health plans to better performance.
