Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a registration fee?

We do not charge a registration fee and all meals during the conference are included.

How did you find me?

A great deal of research goes into the selection process for CCubed. Once we select our topic area, we identify sub-tobics that we want covered and then we look for the very best people to represent those topic areas. We scour the internet, talk to our contacts in the industry and leave no stone unturned in our search for the most interesting people in the room.

Did you realize that the conference falls on Rosh Hashanah?

Our event staff had a lengthy discussion about this. Unfortunately, we had no other options for our venue. If you wish to observe the holiday, here is a link to a local temple. If we can help in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@ccubedconference.com.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

We want your experience at CCubed to be a pleasant one. We can accommodate most food allergies and special dietary concerns. Just let us know what you need and we will make it happen. We send out an email requesting this information closer to the event, but if you have questions in the meantime, please contact us at info@ccubedconference.com.

What are Discovery Sessions?

Discovery Sessions are a unique aspect of our conference. In each Discovery Session, Leaders are given a flat-screen display and the opportunity to present and discuss their work and opinions with fellow attendees in a shared setting. Each session will consist of 4-6 presenters and we serve refreshments for a more convivial atmosphere.

What equipment is available for the Discovery Sessions?

Each presenter will have a 42-inch, flat panel television, mounted to a stand with a shelf for their laptop, available for use. Additionally, a high boy (bar height) table will be next to the station for additional materials. We can also provide HDMI and SVGA cables and adapters.

If you have questions or additional requirements, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@ccubedconference.com.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is business casual. Napa can be fairly warm this time of year during the day (last year's conference had temperatures in the high 80's). We recommend bringing layers, especially for the ladies, as the air conditioning in the rooms where the majority of the conference is held can be a litte cool for some folks.
