OCS HIRES NEW DIRECTOR TO HEAD UP PRODUCTION AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
Seattle, WA (May 11, 2009) – OCS, Inc. (OCS) announced the appointment of Jeffrey Brown as the Director of Production and Quality Assurance to head up both departments. Jeff will be responsible for the launch of the new Connection 2010 platform, which is currently in closed beta. This new platform adds impressive on-demand reporting—using the latest and best technologies—to empower clients with the ability to customize real-time reports through a range of user-controlled selections in a new, intuitive user interface.
Prior to joining OCS, Jeff spent nine years at Microsoft as the test lead and manager in various groups. He was involved with the first two shipments of Windows NT and Microsoft Network (MSN). This was in addition to a number of early-stage startups where he was responsible for building quality and best practices into company-wide business processes. Jeff has managed day-to-day operations of several departments and companies, which include production, technical support, hosting, customer service, IT, QA, and facilities. What’s more, Jeff has supervised planning and implementation of data centers and hosting services running in 24/7 high-availability environments.
