OCS, INC. NAMED ONE OF THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST'S FASTEST GROWING TECHNOLOGY COMPANIES IN DELOITTE'S TECHNOLOGY FAST 50 PROGRAM FOR EIGHTH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Seattle, WA (September 26, 2008) – OCS has been named to Deloitte & Touche USA LLP's prestigious Technology Fast 50 program for Washington State, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, and life sciences companies in the area by Deloitte, one of the nation's leading professional services organizations. Rankings are based on the percentage revenue growth over five years from 2004-2008.

"The Deloitte Washington State Technology Fast 50 companies have shown the strength, vision and tenacity to succeed in today's very competitive technology environment," said Pete Shimer, office managing partner of the Seattle office of Deloitte. "We applaud the successes of OCS and acknowledge them as one of the very few to accomplish such a fast growth rate over the past five years."

OCS President and CEO, Amanda Twiss, credits "our experienced and visionary team of experts" with the company's outstanding revenue growth from 2003-2007. Twiss said, "We are honored to be one of the few companies to have ever been recognized as a Fast 50 winner for eight consecutive years. This amazing accomplishment has been achieved because our team continues to be forward thinking and has demonstrated success in leading the healthcare industry with innovative information solutions."

To qualify for the Technology Fast 50, companies must have had operating revenues of at least $50,000 in 2004 and $5,000,000 in 2008, be headquartered in North America, and be a company that owns proprietary technology or proprietary intellectual property that contributes to a significant portion of the company's operating revenues; or devotes a significant proportion of revenues to the research and development of technology. Using other companies' technology or intellectual property in a unique way does not qualify.

Companies from the regional Technology Fast 50 programs in the United States and Canada are automatically entered in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500 program, which ranks North America's top 500 fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences companies.
